Returns Policy

1. Your Legal Rights

If you cancel within this period, we will issue a refund or account credit. The cost of returning goods will be your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Any courier collection arranged by us will be deducted from the refund.
 
Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned without damage.

Once authorised, we will either arrange a courier collection or provide the correct return address. Goods returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.
